Unfortunately, there is a restore point collection connected with the Recovery Services Vault you are attempting to remove. It is not possible to delete a collection until all related recovery points have been removed from RSV.
Before removing the Recovery Services Vault, make sure that all backup policies linked to the virtual machine within the Recovery Services Vault have been terminated.
If the problem persists, deactivate the Soft deletion option in the settings.
Once all virtual machine-related backup policies had been deleted, the recovery service point was also deleted
